BROOKLAND-LAKEVIEW EMPOWERMENT CENTER
To establish an enrichment complex for families and children by which the power of faith is realized, collective works enhanced and responsibility demonstrated; to mobilize the support of various institutions of health, education and economics and to improve the quality of life for the citizens of the surrounding areas and the Lakeview Community.
